Having sharpened his craft at celebrated venues such as The Inn on the Lake, The Lake House, Trio, Il Posto, and Route 96 BBQ, Chef Martin has developed a culinary philosophy rooted in integrity, quality, innovation and sustainability. As a leader, Chef is passionate about fostering teamwork and cultivating talent in his kitchens. He is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking- activites that further fuel his respect for nature and its offerings. He finds inspiration and purpose in creating a meaningful legacy, both for his team and his family.
